Dadaocheng was the business center for groceries and lots of traditional products.

Tea, Chinese medicine ,and fabrics were the three major businesses in Dadaocheng. Till now, these original business clusters still remain active in Dadaocheng. The rich smell for tea and herbs coming from tea stores and Chinese medicine stores full of streets is the best description for Dadaocheng.
