Becoming a tour guide is a surprise even to myself.

 

I was born and grew up in Dadaocheng and Xikou areas of Taipei, then I worked and lived overseas for a decade. It wasn't until more recently when I worked in a scuba diving shop in Taiwan and attended a Taipei Walking Tour in Taiwan that the re-discovery of the lesser known aspects of my homeland thrilled me and drew me back to Taiwan to explore the country more and more deeply. It’s impossible to show you everything about Taipei or Taiwan in just couple hours, but I can give you an insider's tour to discover the city and island’s past and present. I guarantee you will find something more than typical tourist landmarks like Taipei 101, National Palace Museum or night markets.
